If you mean the Office program updates, go to either:
Windows>Start>All Programs>Windows Update>Change settings>Give me updates for Microsoft products...
or:
Windows>Control Panel>System and Security>Windows Update>Change settings>Give me updates for Microsoft products...

Note that making Office updates automatic requires upgrading from Windows Update to Microsoft Update. See image below.
