May I ask you for help because I am absolutely lost. I got these 2 problems in MS Office 2007:



1.) Unable to copy and paste images from web browser

-probably appeared after using CCleaner, but not sure (I was not using PC when problem first occurs)
-it works when copy from web to graphic editor and then paste in document
-it works when using images saved in PC
-same issue works in OpenOffice with no problem
-I've checked "show picture placeholders" option and it is OFF
-does not depend on browser

2.)When I try to open a hyperlink from Office document, there come an error that I may translate like "unable to load information you requested". This problem first appeared in same time with the first one.
