All of a suuden, I can no longer paste any images into any Microsoft Office Documents. This has not been a problem and just happened. I can copy an image from a web page and happily paste it into Photoshop or any non Microsoft software.



I've scoured the internet and tried every obvious option from ensuring that 'Show Picture Placeholders' is unchecked in Word Options through to making edits to the RegEdit, but absolutely nothing works. It clearly seems to be a Microsoft issue. I also can no longer display images in Outlook, I see the Red Cross, but right clicking now only shows a 'Copy' option and no loger shows the 'Download Images' option.

I have been trying to find a solution for about a week now and I must have tried every single option suggested on the web.

Anyone have any thought or ideas as to how to resolve this.

Have you tried repairing the Office installation (e.g. via Word Options|Resources|Diagnose)?
