word and excel not printing

That's all very well, but the same post said nothing about what you'd done to establish any of this...

Furthermore, you haven't answered either of the questions I asked:

Does this affect all PCs on the network?
Does this affect all printers on the network?
If only one or a few users are affected:
(a) what happens if they use a PC that is not otherwise affected?
(b) what happens if someone else who is not otherwise affected uses the affected PC?
