Windows 7 32bit word and excel not printing

Have you tried:
• repairing the Office installation (via Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > Change in the Windows Control Panel)?
• uninstalling/reinstalling the printer driver?

If this problem has only recently arisen, what other software have you installed/updated at around the same time as the problem started?

Do Word & Excel have any 3rd-party Add-ins installed?
