Are you running both Word 2003 & 2010 on the same system? If not, did you uninstall Office 2003 before installing office 2010, or simply do an upgrade? Do you have any Office Addins installed (especially Bluetooth addins)? What is 'T Manager'?

Hi macro - thanks for responding.

On each install I have used the M$ 'remove 2003' function on the M$ site.

Only add-ins so far are from standard install

T manager - Task Manager
