Each application has its own shortcuts.
For Outlook, see: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...003084223.aspx For Word, see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290938 Where the different applications use different shortcut keys for the same things, you could re-assign the shortcut keys. You'd want to make sure they're not in use for something else you want a shortcut for, first, though. You can't, however, assign a function from one application to a shortcut key in another - at least, not without some serious macro coding.
