Thank you Paul. I will try the uninstall route, reinstall and see how it works. I did read the link you sent about the issues people have been having, but I am very hopeful that uninstalling and reinstalling will fix everything.



Short of that, it won't kill me financially to buy Office 2011, but I hope it won't be necessary.
