I bought my new Macbook at a computer store and they gave me Office 2008. I installed the programs, they worked fine for 2 weeks, then I did an update today and all of a sudden my product key is not valid. I did the following -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wBylp3iFc0 but now it wanted a 25-digit code, and mine was 20 digits. I called the store that gave me the software and they gave me a 25-digit code. I entered it but nothing happens. I click continue / hit return and it just highlights the product key. Does this make any sense? Why would the update make my product key invalid? |

Nevermind... I see others had problems with this update so I reinstalled Office and didn't do the update.
