I need help but not sure where to find them. My problems are:



1. My cursor keeps jumping about [or 'flying around'' when I do typing in Word. How can I stop it? I am using a laptop--the problem persists whether I use a mouse or the touchpad.

2. Does anyone know where can I find help with Internet Explorer 8? [My problem is: when I click "add to favorite" to bookmark a [any] webpage, an error message box pops up with "unable to create 'name of webpage': unspecified error." Any idea why this happens?]
