Hi Nexus,
Word can't personalize either the subject line or the attachment name using the standard mailmerge tools. You may be able to adapt the vba code at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm to use that kind of process to drive your mailmerge process.
