Thanks for clarifying that.
It seems the database approach also doesn't work on Mac. I suppose any code with file paths or filenames won't run on mac. I'm going to try to install a virtualizer on my Mac to run windows. Thinking of FusionVM because it's free but I'm having registration issues. Once that's sorted I'll give those mailmerge macros another go. Josh
