I am having problems using GMayor's addon to convert fields to text, so unfortunately I am unable to paste the actual IF field from my report. I can only type it in. Using the Mailmerge Tips and Tricks : Mailmerge CheckBox Insertion I am unable to get the expected results from my checkboxes. { if { MERGEFIELD WATER }="YES"{ symbol 254 \f Wingdings \u } {symbol 253 \f Wingdings \u }} My data source, column header "WATER" contains values YES or NO. When I execute this mail merge document, no boxes are being displayed. |

You must have a space after the = sign.
