Mail Merge Multiple Rows format issue

Thanks but not quite what I was looking for as I need Parent with many Children each with children

Result would show

FAMILY

Volunteer 1 Position 1
Volunteer 1 Position 2

Volunteer 2 Position 3
Volunteer 2 Position 1
Volunteer 2 Position 2

Volunteer 3 Position 4
Volunteer 3 Position 1

where volunteers are family members and postions are roles at various swim meets

Hope you can point me in the correct direction

I tried to copy my mailmerge code here but it only showed the results not the coding (help)
