There is no indication in your document that you have made any attempt to implement anything from the tutorial. You don't even have any fields in the document - just plain text with braces instead of fields!!! Please don't expect others to do your work for you.

Yes Sir, You are right we must do our work own. Here is attached file where Directory Mail Merge fields are showing. The data source file is the same which i have attached earlier.

I need your help how to display the per page listings based on each Clientid. Please help. I also want to understand the logic of the code which will be used for getting the solution.
