Greetings

I want to perform Mail Merge with Avery 8387 Postcard (4 piece per page). when i used label merge option with the following scheme:

Address Block Next Record Address Block Next Record
Address Block Next Record Address Block Next Record

It works on Page No.1 fine as it took first four cell of required column in excel file. When i goes to next page it start from second cell to fifth cell instead of starting fifth cell to eight cell. May be it is very simple but i am stuck this time. Please help.

Your description suggests you've done the mail merge main document setup for a letter merge instead of for a label merge.

When I choose template with label it generate message " In order to apply the selected label options, word must delete the currents of file.

I have tried to apply with blank page with 4 label per page layout but result is same. Issue unresolved

All you need do is choose 'Labels' from the 'Start Mail Merge' dropdown, then press Esc when prompted for the label type.

The problem is that you are only do a Preview of the merge - you need to Finish it.
