You have fields within fields e.g. { MERGEFIELD { MERGEFIELD City }} whereas it should simply be { MERGEFIELD City }. But you may find the process easier to follow if you look at Paul Edstein's tutorial which you can download from the downloads page of my web site.

And if you want separate documents for each city, you should find http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm altogether simpler to set up, though this is not a true mail merge process.

email 2
A98765 May 50

email 3
A98765 May 500

But, I would like to send the email to recepients like below
email 1
123456 Vicky 100.00

email 2
A98765 May 50

If you are using the original process, you will have to merge to a new document then split it and mail the resulting documents.

http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm will do it all in one process, but you will have to create a new merge document to work with it. See the example file which is more or less what you are doing.
