Hello Macropod
Thank you for responding. I am still having problems. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Here is the field code that I input {MERGEFIELD Mailing_Address_3 \f " "} is this correct? I am not sure what I did one time that somehow it came out the way it's suppose to. I did not have to edit or insert any field codes. All I did is clicked on one of the rules. As far as I know that's all I have done. Can you please help! Thanks
