FILENAME \p.. \\..\\1-RADM-RPT.DOC " RadDate .... YEs ythe MM souce data and bookm arked data is in the document 1=RADM-Rpt.doc but I am ;puzzled why the label document structure 1-RADM-Flash is also listed in the INCLUDETEXT lsiting

moving a mailmerge source would require a reconnection.. but having been done once, why does it seek a reconnect from the same location everytime?

Is there any means by which I can email you the documents?

The FILENAME\p field generates the full name of the current file (your mailmerge main document). The following \\..\\ strips that off for the purposes of the INCLUDETEXT field.

Every time you open a mailmerge main document, you get an SQL prompt, as king whether Word should connect to the data source. This is normal behaviour. If you answer 'Yes', Word will reconnect of its own accord so that you don't need to go through the manual connection process all over again.

You can attach a document to a post via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
