I have a main document that I use to merge with data and make new documents. Its name is Guidebook 2014.
Whenever I merge and save, it suggests this name: Guidebook 2011. I have searched for 2011 in the document. Not found. I have looked at the properties and advanced properties of the main document and can't find anything referring to 2011. Can someone tell me where Word pulls the info for suggested names from? And how I can tell Word that new merged documents should really have 2014 in the name? Thanks! |
