![]() No problem doing One-to-Many merge, Just stuck on the table. Probably going about it wrong but I'm using single row tables nested in if/then statements. Problem is can't get the blank line out of the merge. I need the " " in between the tables for the if/then to work, and in so doing it puts a blank line between each row. How can I remove the blank line between the tables so they appear as a single table? Or, how can I force it to dynamically add rows to the table to begin with? A simple downloadable example would help. |

You need to remove the empty intra-row paragraphs after doing the merge. If you're using the fields from my Microsoft Word Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial, which you can download from:
http://windowssecrets.com/forums/sho...ngs-(2000-2010) or http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/Catalogue%20Mailmerge.zip there's a macro to do the cleanup in the tutorial.
