Hi Luis,
I didn't say there is no solution, only that because I don't use Outlook I don't have the means of testing the solutions that work in other contexts to check what works & what doesn't work with HTML email merges. Another approach that might work is to not use mailmerge, but to write an Outlook macro that achieves the same results. Again, because I don't use Outlook, I can't help you there. For help on that front, you might try asking at an Outlook-specific forum such as Outlook Forums, at: http://www.outlookforums.com/.

Hi Paul, ok great, at least knowing that "there might be a solution", makes me keep trying! ;-)
I shall keep you posted on this. Thanks a lot for your help. Regards, Luis |
