I have made already a few tests, without success. Just to make sure I understood it right:

- on my mailmerge, I have 10 records, each one will use a different image and I have the image url already on the data base and has a merge field;
- for each one of these 10 images, I need also a different url hyperlink

From your last answer, I assume this is not possible, true? Please note I am mailmerging always to e-mail, not to other blank document.

Hi Luis,

The procedures I've outlined work for merging to documents, which is fine if you're sending the mailmerges as attachments, though the recipients may find they'll need to press Ctrl-A, F9 to update the fields in the document before the links work properly.

For clickable hyperlinks in an email plain text message, all you need is to use an ordinary mergefield that references the relevant url data field. However, your images (which aren't text) won't get sent with a plain text email.

As HTML mailmerges can only be sent when using Outlook as the e-mail client (i.e. it doesn't work with Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail), and I don't use Outlook, I can't say what works or doesn't work in that case.

Hi Paul,

so this means that there is no solution?... I checked on the web several documents concerning this, and I even saw OnMerge and add-in third party tool, but I checked with them and it doesn't solve this issue also.
Do you believe you can direct me to someone maybe in Microsoft or on a specific forum, or there is no way at all???
