It sounds like your document's SQL metacode might have corrupted. Try opening the document and answering no to the prompts, then save & close the document. Re-open the document and there should be no prompts, as the SQL statement will have been deleted. You can then re-connect to the data source and re-save the document. From now on, you should only get one prompt.
