Okay, try this....

Open the attached file (select Read Only if necessary).

See the comment in cell H17 ("Why do I sometime feel so confined")?

Now click on the blue cell (D12) and Insert a row (the blue cell moves to row 13).

Now go back to the comment (now located at H18).....can't read it right??

Even when you undo "Inset row", the comment remains corrupted.

Of course, it would be no problem to simply resize my rectangle to fit the text in this example but, keep in mind, the xls that i mentioned in my first post has many comments.....there's got to be a better way.
