Sorry I missed the fact that you had already included a sample in your first post.
In my first spreadsheet (Output TK Version 1) I have added a border to the rightmost column and also at the end of each page. This solution assumes that no extra columns are added and the width of the columns do not change. Also no extra rows are inserted and the contents do not wrap around.
In my second spreadsheet (Output TK Version 2) I have changed each cell border to light grey so that you have a definitive border around each cell. It does not matter if extra columns are inserted before the last column or extra rows are added before the last row. If they are then you need to add the borders to those extra columns/rows.
