Default How to write the degree, minute second format in excel

Hello everybody,
Please, see the attached image that shows my question
What I need is to write the degree, minute second format (which is used for example to measure the angles or geographic coordinates)
Normally, it’s written in the following format:
70 12’ 13’’
Thank you
