Default Change the default settings of printer before printing in Excel

Hi. Our agency uses pre-printed official receipts to acknowledge collections. To "semi-automate" the issuance of ORs, we copied the size of the OR in Excel and provided the rows/cells where the details like date, payee, account and amount are entered in the template. The pre-printed OR is then fed into an Epson Dot Matrix printer for printing.
Our problem is that the details are printed below the lines/bottom borders when they should be printed above the lines. The top margin and footer had been set to 0.
The printer by default pushes up the OR/paper by maybe an inch before printing the data. Is there a way that the default "top space" could be reduced by 2mm so that the details are printed on the right position?
Thank you.
