Using O365 v2503 - Did you know you can thank someone who helped you? Click on the tiny scale in the right upper hand corner of your helper's post

Goto File in the upper left hand corner.
Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Privacy Options >
Un-check the check box that says "Remove personal information from file properties on save"
Hit OK.
