I Reset the ribbon and tried fresh. I may have found at least part of the problem.
When I clicked on (left panel) Data Types this time then clicked Add I received the attached message. The same message I'd received earlier. And earlier I then clicked Groups which is why (I think) I ended up with a non-functioning Data Types at the end of the ribbon. I also tried clicking New Tab and that hadn't worked either. Does the error message provide the information needed to get this thing working?
