Excel doesn't show grid.

Okay now I’m very confused… I have worked with Excel for over 10years and I’ve never seen that on any version/computer before? Is this a very recent update/change?

I was always able to see all the grey back lines of each and every cell/column… never have I seen an all white screen before (and that the lines only activated/showed when I selected a range with my mouse.
