The formula looks like
=(4^2 + 3/1*30)-10
Calculating step-wise:
=(16 + 1/3*30)-10;
=(16 + 3*30)-10;
=(16 + 90) -10;
=109 - 10 = 96

In case different result was excepted, the formula must be changed!
