Hi,

I am using ms word 2003...

First i will explain the background of my work...

Morethan 20 peoples are working in word 2003 and saves the files in plain


text format i.e., .txt extension...

1 person is doing the qc work by opening all the text files in ms word 2003..

The qc person made corrections and change the error to red colour...

But when he save the file it says "some features are not compatible with plain text format"..

I know since we save the files in text format it wont accept the font colour changes...

Is there any utility to replace notepad?

Is there any utility which support the font colour for plain text format?

All suggestions are appreciated.
