Default Point out wrong responses (A determined B-D, based on A how to highlight wrong response in B-D)

I am reviewing data, and I know what responses should be in columns B-D based on the response from column A. Is there a way to highlight responses (based on column A) that break the 'rule' of what I know should be present in B-D?

I assume that this is conditional logic, but I cannot figure it out or find an example. Help!

I suppose you mean "row2 is the template" ( not row 1)?
If so apply the following CF to C3:C5
Code:
=AND($B3="Company ",$C3<>$C$2)
Do the same for each other column, keeping the =AND($B3="Company " part and adapt the second condition to the new column, like $D3<>$D$2
Be careful with the relative and absolute addressing and adding the trailing space behind "Company "

Can it be done in one go? I don't think so
