found a solution on Excel formula: Extract all partial matches | Exceljet

i myself optimised the formule to the one below

=ALS((RIJ(B12)-11)>ct;"";INDEX(data;AGGREGAAT(15;6;(RIJ(data)-11)/ISGETAL(VIND.SPEC(zoek;data));(RIJ(B12)-11))))
