Thank you Xor, but the help you provided is hard for me to understand. Someone gave me a very easy solution some time ago, unfortunately I forgot it. The solution was on a single sheet. In fact sometimes I have to distribute a large list of 500-1000 entries to 20-50 persons. I think it doesn't look quite well to create 20-50 sheets if I use your solution. I attach my attempt to solve the problem in a way the one which I have forgotten was. I not very correct of course. If someone could give me help I would appreciate.

Perhaps you should start by looking at your past posts on this topic. See, for example: https://www.msofficeforums.com/excel...dividuals.html

In attachment is a possible solution.
To avoid problems with Excel ODBC query from table in same workbook, I made an Open event, which corrects query parameters whenever the workbook name or folder is changed. Because this, the workbook is in Macro Enabled format (*.xlsm). Be sure macros are allowed when you open the workbook. As the workbook is macro-enabled, I posted it as zip-file (to be sure it is accepted). |

Perhaps,
In "distribution" sheet C2, copied down : =IF(A2="","",LOOKUP(ROWS($1:1),responsible!$B$2:$C $5)) Regards Bosco |
