In attachment is a possible solution.

To avoid problems with Excel ODBC query from table in same workbook, I made an Open event, which corrects query parameters whenever the workbook name or folder is changed. Because this, the workbook is in Macro Enabled format (*.xlsm). Be sure macros are allowed when you open the workbook.

As the workbook is macro-enabled, I posted it as zip-file (to be sure it is accepted).
