when i search through another person contact list it never finds anything even though there is a contact by the exact name i am searching.



one of my colleague has shared out his contact list. we both run windows xp and both have ms office 2007. we are connected to an sbs 2003 network.

is there a setting i have to change on one of our outlooks to enable me to search through the contacts.

anyone any ideas????
