display issue & Excel freeze using touchpad 2 fingers scrolling

Yes, exact same issue here...when quickly scrolling with TouchPad this happens...but does not seem to happen using external mouse, arrow keys or vertical/horizontal scroll bars in Excel to navigate across or down columns and rows in Excel 365

This is occurring on 3 different Lenovo Yogas and Dell XPS 13's laptops (all very fast Core i7's, 16GB RAM, SSD). Obviously, these all have TouchPads.

Turning off hardware acceleration did not fix the issue either. However, seems to be hardware related. This is a real problem. May be a Synoptics TouchPad issue?
