Scrolling Excel Issue

Having an issue with Excel 2010, when scrolling through a sheet the data and or rows will become scrambled and randomly change, it seems however if you simply highlight the row it will correct itself, I have added some screenshots, I know they are a bit rough to look at but it was the best I could get from the end-user, but the picture here shows the numbered rows on the right get out of order until you highlight them.
