Hi all,
I seem to be doing a lot a filtering on a spreadsheet and was wondering if there is a quick way maybe using a formula to create a dynamic list of names when a cell is selected. My only criteria is that it should show people who have scored less than 55% I have attached a spreadsheet which will probably make a lot more sense. Many thanks to everyone taking the time to read this message |

See attached file, salimnore. This uses formulas in a way that you envisaged. It has blank rows but you can 'Ctrl+t' to make it a table and then filter out the blank rows.
I'm not sure however that this is any quicker than just converting your data to a table and then filtering. You could use a macro to get exactly what you want. |

Or another formula solution (array formulas).
