I have a spreadsheet set up with last name in column A, first name in column B and then course names in column C. For most staff they have up to 10 different courses they have attended. I want to be able to sort by last name then first name but not have their names duplicated on every line. I have attached a sample.
Can anyone suggest the best way to do this? |

Table will not allow sorting because "cells are merged". I can't find the merged cells.

Sorting or an Excel formula to insert a blank row after ending a series.
