IMO, the easiest method. (Names will be duplicated, but masked by step 5)

1) Highlight A2:B11

2) F5 >> Special >> Blanks >> OK

3) Enter the "=" sign and hit the up arrow one time. In the formula bar you will see A2

4) Commit with Ctrl + Enter

5) Conditional Formatting
  • Highlight applicable range >> $A$2:$B$11
  • Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting >> New Rule
  • Select a Rule Type: Use a formula to determine which cells to format
  • Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true: =A1=A2
  • Format… White Font
  • OK >> OK

6) Highlight columns A:B >> Right click copy >> Right Click paste special >> Values >> OK

7) Now Right click on A2 >> Sort >> Sort A to Z
