All I changed is the range (10000). Excel returned a 0 (zero) in the cell
=IFERROR(INDEX(ATMS!I$2:I$10000,MATCH(1,INDEX((ATM S!$B$2:$B$10000=G27)*(ATMS!$O$2:$O$10000<>""),0),0 )),"")
