Question Add external hyperlink to a calculated number

I am trying to add a hyperlink (any hyperlink external to data on the spreadsheet) in a cell that has a formula for a calculated number. For instance, something as simple as =B4*C4. When the number is displayed I want to be able to add a hyperlink to some external content so the user can look at the details from another system.

For purposes of my example, if the calculated number is "5" (formatted as number), I want it (5) to appear as a hyperlink and take me to: https://www.msofficeforums.com.

I've tried a few simple things and searched the web but haven't found anything that seemed applicable. Any ideas from anyone?

FYI: I am using Excel 2016.
