Thanks for getting me pointed in the proper direction. Although the formula wasn't exactly what I was looking for, it got me going in the correct direction and I was able to figure it out from there.

The formula I ended up using that worked is: =hyperlink(vlookup(A2,F1:G5,2,0)),B2*C2)

Here is the data in my spreadsheet that corresponds to the formula:

Thanks again for the help! I'm not a novice at Excel but I'm also not a "power" user. I fall somewhere in the mediocre middle.
