Perhaps create a small table with the numbers in the first column and in the second column the hyperlink as text
Say this table is T1:U10
Then in your cell with calculated number enter =hyperlink(vlookup(B4*C4,T1;U10;2;0))
(B4*C4 is the formula you showed, any formula should work)
