help with "IF and" please

So I have a work book with two sheets, sheet 1 = "work sheet" sheet 2 = "Data"

I am trying to get the following formula to work.......

=IF(and(A8="5"",(A10=".032"",Data!F5,"")))*C10

cell A8 contains a drop down list validated by the data sheet, as does cell A10,
cell F5 on the data sheet contains a dollar amount.

the goal is to pick from A8 a value and also use a value from A10 to multiply the value in F5 by the value in C10

I have attached the workbook (the formula in G8 works great)
