no powerpivot add-in in excel 2013

hi,
I have excel 2013 and cannot add powerpivot for excel 2013. It doesnt exist in add-in windows. I only have inquire addin. Tried repair office, tried to add dll in addin window, tried with MS fix it tool, copied register from computer where add-in is installed...nothin works
Any ideas?

This is about Office 2016 but I think iit is almost the same for 2013:

hi,
problem was i user profile. I delete it and create new one, than powerpivot was availabe in add-ins.
