I have both Office 2007 with Windows XP on older PC and now have Windows 10 and Office 2013 on a new PC. In both cases "format painter" hi-lites the cell ok, but when I move "paint brush" to a new cell it will not paste (anything). ctrl+C & ctrl+V works ok. Other forums talk about skype business "click to call" as an issue, however it is not installed on my 2013 and skype is not even on other older PC. I tried "repair program" have uninstalled and reinstalled 2013 Office but there was no change either in Excel or Word. I can't believe I am only one with this pasting issue on 2 different PC's/operating systems, 2 different versions of Office (2007 & 2013). Any help is appreciated.
